Green Chelating Agent shows excellent chelating ability, and can replace the traditional chelating agent. Prepared from plant-based L-glutamate. Easily biodegradable.

Typical chelation value for metal ions:

45 mg Ca2+/g ; 72mg Cu2+/g ; 75 mg Zn2+/g

Application

Metal ion chelation agent, forms stable water soluble complexes with metal ions. It has good solubility in wide pH range with good cleaning properties and synergistic effect with biocides. Widely used as substitute for chelation agent (e.g. NTA, EDTA, etc.) in polymerisation chemistry, household chemical industry, pulp & paper industry, pharmaceuticals industry, aquaculture, textile dyeing and printing industry, oil field, water treatment industry, boiler cleaning, etc.
